题目：The effect of thalamic GABA on cognitive control in RLS - An example of regression analyses applied in cognitive neuroscience

报告摘要：A neuropsychological experimental paradigm was used in combination with Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (MRS) to measure the cognitive control performances and thalamic GABA level respectively. To integrate MRS data with the behavioral data, linear regression was applied for statistical analysis. Regression analyses allowed us understand the direction and magnitude of the potential relationship between thalamic GABA and cognitive control in RLS as well as predict the behavioral differences between patients and healthy controls based on individual thalamic GABA concentrations.
报告人简介：张锐博士，德国马尔堡大学心理学本硕，德累斯顿工业大学认知神经博士，现就职于德累斯顿工业大学附属医院为研究员，其研究方向是，dopamin 系统对认知的影响，以及认知在有dopamin功能障碍的群体中的表现和不宁腿病人的认知表现及其相关的神经生理机制。参与和主持科研项目两个，在包括Neuroimage等SCI期刊上发表文章8篇。
